These glass earrings are made of two pieces of glass, a bright cobalt blue bottom and on top a clear. Fusing clear on top creates a depth to these earrings. The two shapes were cut to match each other in size and shape.  Thin sheet glass is used to keep these earrings light weight. 

These hanging ear wires are sterling silver and the total length of the earrings are 2 inches long. The glass piece is 1 in long and .5 inch wide.      

By fusing to a temperature of 1415 in my kiln, creating a smooth edge.
