Handmade and functional.  This dish can be used for jewelry, soap, candles, anything.  This is one of my favorite collections, it started with the nightlight and I had to keep making more.  Transparent cobalt blue glass is cut and grinded into intricate shapes that make up this design.  The blue is layered onto white glass and melted in a kiln up to 1445 degrees, fusing it together.  The piece is then melted again to slump into shape. I melt the glass just high enough to create texture, so when you run your hand over this design, you will feel each individual blue shape.
