Handmade fused glass ring.  For this ring I have used a unique glass that is clear with swirls of black transparent glass. A solid black glass is fused in the center and the shape is a rectangle with blocked edges.  This ring is not only beautiful from the top, but the sides are smooth and show each layer melted together.  By fusing to a temperature of 1445 in my kiln, the glass melts together but you can still feel the texture of each piece of colored glass.  When you touch the glass ring you will feel each individual piece. 

The glass is glued using an industrial adhesive to a sterling silver base that is adjustable.  This base is very strong, not flimsy like other adjustable rings.   It takes some muscle to adjust this base, this is good- it means once you fit it to your finger, it will not change shape and become flimsy. 

My rings are not just for special occasions, I wear one every day, swimming, doing dishes, cleaning, everything!  I design and create each piece by hand, feel confident you are buying a sturdy ring - they are funky and fabulous!
