Handmade fused glass ring. For this ring I have used a transparent clear and black swirly glass fused over turquoise glass. This ring is fused twice, after the first fusing I grind the edges and then fuse it again lightly to create smooth sides. This ring is not only beautiful from the top, but the sides show each layer melted together. This is a great shape for thin fingers. The glass is glued using an industrial adhesive to a sterling silver base that is adjustable. This base is very strong, not flimsy like other adjustable rings. It takes some muscle to adjust this base, this is good- it means once you fit it to your finger, it will not change shape and become flimsy.
