Handmade fused glass nightlight.  Bright yellow glass is used as the body of this rubber ducky.  The glass is cut and ground into shape, then fused onto a white piece of glass that I have ground into a perfect circle.  His eyes are cobalt blue and he has an orange beak.  This nightlight is melted in a kiln up to 1415 degrees, fusing it together. I melt the glass at this temperature because it creates texture, so when you run your hand over this nightlight, you will feel the duck rise off the white glass.
