Returns

Grayc wants you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase.  All glass is packaged extremely well so it gets to you in perfect condition.  However, if anything arrives broken or if you are not thrilled with your purchase, please contact grayc immediately and a full refund will be issued.  Returns must be returned in original condition, in original packaging, and mailed USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Shipping Service

Jewelry pieces are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and usually take 3-4 business days. All other pieces are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and usually take 2-3 business days.  Delivery confirmation service is utilized to ensure that your purchase arrives to you safely and quickly.  Extra insurance can be requested.
